was founded by Louis E. Manees, Jr., who retired from
the Little Rock Fire Department after 20 years of service. Louis
has been building since 1965. Due to his expertise, the company has
grown considerably, and with the growth, Louis has teamed up with
his son Michael Manees who
has been in the construction business since he was a young
boy.
Together Louis and his son Michael are experienced in all phases
of construction. They have gathered their experience from working with several
successful construction companies such as CDI Inc., Baldwin and Shell, and
Flynco, to name a few.
Just
like the name says, we do a whole lot more than just decks.
